At Kairavi LLC, we take great pride in the craftsmanship of our products. Each personalized item is meticulously handcrafted with utmost care and dedication to ensure its uniqueness and quality.
In the event you wish to return an online purchase, please be informed that items must be returned directly to Kairavi LLC. We regret that we cannot accept returns for items procured from a retail store or any other website.
Kairavi LLC will process returns for refunds, exchanges, or store credits within a 10-day period from the receipt of shipment. The refunds will exclude shipping costs and will be issued in the original form of payment. Please expect a 5-7 business day window for the refund to reflect in your account.
To be eligible for return, the item(s) must be unused and retain their original condition. All discounted and custom orders are deemed final and are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Similarly, gifts can only be exchanged for an item of equal or higher value, and the shipping charges for exchanges will be borne by the customer.
It is mandatory to procure a Return Authorization # before returning any item(s). Any returns without an RA number will not be processed and Kairavi LLC cannot be held responsible for such items.
Our customer service is operational from 11:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday, Pacific Standard Time. If you contact us on a Friday, please expect a response on the next business day (Monday).
To obtain your RA #, forward the email receipt received after your purchase to kairavi.daum@gmail.com or reach us at 626.807.7248. For your security, we recommend using a traceable postal carrier and padded packaging while returning the merchandise. Kairavi LLC will not be held accountable for items damaged or lost in transit.
